Welcome to Jo Greer Fitness.

I’m Jo and I have designed a simple and easy to follow program for women like myself, who want to live life to the full, feel healthy and confident – but have very little spare time! We will work out together with short and intense interval training sessions and I will guide you through meal prep, planning, and super quick and tasty cooking. – Jo Greer

I believe that health and fitness is much more than just how far you can run and how many press ups you  can do. As well as your physical strength and endurance, your emotional and spiritual health and well-being are crucial. I believe that taking part in physical activity, living a healthy lifestyle and nourishing your body with delicious whole foods, are the keys to overall health and happiness.

Everybody wants health, energy, vitality and happiness. Happiness is inside of all of us and health can be had by all of us, sometimes you just need someone to bring it out of you, And that’s you! With help from me! With persistence, motivation and a good support network, you can and will get the body of your dreams and the energy and confidence to keep it that way. This programme will give you lots of meal and snack ideas along with fun, innovative and energising workouts that I will do with you!

I want this programme to give you the tools to continue a healthy lifestyle without me.
